Infinity Wireless Solutions, Inc.
headquartered in San Diego, California, was founded in early 2003 by former Motorola executive Jim Vakoutis.
In mid-2003, Robert Anderson, a long time Motorola associate of Mr.
Vakoutis, joined the company as a partner.
Mr. Vakoutis and Mr. Anderson
collectively bring more than 50 years of communications industry
sales, management and systems design experience to the company.
Their long standing professional and personal partnership along
with their collectively dynamic relationships with the public
safety, utility, education, broadcast and government market across
Southern California create a highly respected and capable
leadership team.
Jim Vakoutis
Mr. Vakoutis is a 33 year veteran
of the wireless communications industry. His sales and
management experience at Motorola, Inc. spanned a wide spectrum of
responsibility, including district sales manager for the state and
local government market in Southern California, regional sales
manager for the commercial markets in Los Angeles, and senior area
manager for state and local government sales in the state of
California. International assignments include director of
distribution for Motorola in Australia and New Zealand.
His analytical mind coupled with
a unique management and problem solving style bring indisputably
acute technical, marketing, leadership, customer relations and
communications disciplines to the company.
Mr. Vakoutis attended the
University of Maryland with continuing education at Chapman
College in Orange, California.
Robert Anderson
Mr. Anderson brings 25 years of
sales and leadership experience to Infinity Wireless Solutions.
His reputation for building relationships with various Southern
California city and county public safety and public service
agencies, education and health markets, broadcast radio and
television markets and a wide variety of large commercial accounts
is unique and distinguished.
As a senior account executive
with Motorola, Mr. Anderson was individually selected to
coordinate the communications system solutions for the 1992
America's Cup Yacht Challenges and the 1996 Republican National
Convention.
Mr. Anderson has prior experience
working for the City of Seattle and the Seattle Unified School
District and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a
Master of Arts in Business and Public Administration from the
University of Washington and Seattle City University.
